What do I do if my order is delayed?<\/p>\n

The first thing you have to do is to enter the order tracking section to find out the status of your order. Click here to see it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When can I receive my order?<\/p>\n

The shipment is made through first line transport services (Correos de España, MRW, SEUR, UPS) from our store in Barcelona. Once the order is placed, it is delivered within a maximum of 4 working days (Monday to Friday, not holidays) in Spain. Remember that the order will be prepared the same day of receiving the payment. <\/p>\n

All our orders are delivered to a home address and in the name of a consignee. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carriers will leave a note indicating whether they will make a new attempt or if the customer must pick it up at the office. <\/p>\n

We do not accept returns, all our orders are reinforced with very secure packaging and in some cases insured against damage.<\/p>\n
